IRS seeks volunteer group applicants November 21, 2008 The IRS Advisory Committee on Tax Exempt and Government Entities (ACT), a group of experts working in or with nonprofits, is inviting applicants to participate in its efforts address the regulatory body on critical issues in tax administration.
